Chant

Thursday, May 29th, 2008

McDonald’s has been giving out free Big Macs recently, and I bet many of you out there have also tried the challenge, no? :)

Anyway, I happened to obtain a coupon which qualifies me for the Big Mac Chant Challenge. Mind you, I haven’t had fast food in a while.

Yesterday was the last day of the promotion, and being me, I wouldn’t miss out on such a thing. Who doesn’t want a free Big Mac?

And since we’re there, Affryll got himself a Value Meal, and got us 2 more coupons. Unfortunately, he didn’t want to do the chant. I wonder why. It’s so much fun!

Here it is, the Big Mac Chant in its full glory. For the 2nd & 3rd time.

And we left McDonald’s Kelana Jaya that evening happy, contented and satisfied, knowing that we’ve accomplished something great, something blog worthy, something that I would tell my kids in the night when they’re seated around a campfire. What a great day!

You know what’s better than a Big Mac?

A free Big Mac. ;)

Rest

Somehow, rest always ends earlier than expected.

I guess the idea is to enjoy it while it lasts! :)

Sometimes, I get the uncanny feeling that I can relate so much to Ted Mosby.

Hmm.

Vegan

In an effort to shape up, I told myself at the beginning of the year that I’ll actually do more exercise. Squash, jogging, etc. This explains all.

I’ve not been successful at my goals so far, failing miserably due to both circumstances & also a lack of discipline. :(

Now, to make up for what I’ve not done, I’ve decided to take on another route to fitness - My diet.

Friends & family who have known me for awhile, will know that I’m a devout practitioner of consuming all things unhealthy, be it tasty or not (But mostly tasty). And now to make up for lost time, I have taken a few steps to make sure that my latter years in life would be a healthier and a more enjoyable one.

I’ve been having vegan meals for the past few weeks, though not continuously. Most lunches are vegetarian, if not 99%, and dinners sometimes consist of sandwiches. Hey, some lunches are sandwiches too.

Fast food restaurant meals have been limited to only 2 times a month - Subway sandwiches are fine. :)

Lastly, every morning’s regular caffeine shot has been replaced by Green Tea under the advice of some great friends.

It’s supposed to help clear whatever junk & toxic wastes in the human body, and well, it also keeps me off the extreme caffeine addiction.

Hopefully these methods (and more as I discover along the way) will lead the way to a healthier life, and a smaller belly.

Check it!

Could this be the new sensation that’s gonna take over how we look at the Internet & music?

Minus the looks of course. ;)

No more returning of missed calls - At least I until I decide to be a nicer person. ;)

Just one of those days where you wake up and feel like being an a** to everyone else.
